BASE SUBSCRIPTION MODEL
$900/mo
The base package includes up to 5 hours monthly of dedicated analyst time.
Total price commitment: $10,800 over 12 months, invoiced monthly.
PLUS SUBSCRIPTION MODEL
$1250/mo
The base package includes up to 7 hours monthly of dedicated analyst time.
Total price commitment: $15,000 over 12 months, invoiced monthly.
THE “FINE PRINT”
A 12-month commitment is required for new clients. Monthly subscription includes a set number of analyst hours; unused hours roll over for up to 12 months. After 12 months as a subscriber, clients may opt for a month-to-month service at a slightly higher hourly rate.
This service is offered remotely. On-site work is not included in the scope.
Not a full-time employee. This service is consulting support, not a substitute for full-time staff or permanent management analyst roles.
On-demand availability. While flexible, scheduling requires advance notice to ensure availability.
Additional hours. Additional hours beyond the subscription can be purchased as needed at my standard rate of $180/hour. If there is a continual issue of overflow hours, we reserve the right to suggest a change of scope.
Cancellation. Subscription can be paused or canceled with 30 days’ notice after the initial 12-month commitment.
