My career started in local government, where I spent over a decade working with communities, leaders, and teams to solve complex problems and improve how organizations function.

It was meaningful work that I’d wanted to do since I was a teenager, but it no longer felt like the right path. I was burned out and my life felt out of alignment.

Working with a career coach changed that. I stepped back from the traditional workforce, gained clarity, and started my own business at age 33.

Outside of my work, I’m someone who deeply values connection, community, and a slower pace of life.
