After a decade spent working in the public and non-profit sectors, Allyson joined the Great Resignation on a quest for work-life balance and started her own firm. Allyson is passionate about empowering leaders in mission-driven organizations in order to improve internal workplace cultures and find innovative solutions to contemporary problems. As a champion for public servants, she seeks to positively impact public sector organizations from the outside in.

Allyson Brunette is an experienced facilitator, people-connector, and idea generator. Since becoming certified in the Bryson Method of Strategic Planning in 2015, Allyson has helped two dozen + organizations with customized strategic planning exercises.

Allyson is an emerging thought leader in this space, and writes extensively for organizations focused on the future of government including: League of Wisconsin Municipalities, Engaging Local Government Leaders, International City/County Management Association, and the Thomson Reuters Institute.

Allyson speaks professionally on topics such as building strong workplace cultures, workforce attraction and retention, and next generation leadership.
