Career coaching, and Clifton Strengths, in particular helped Allyson to restructure her professional life after burning out in corporate America. Allyson is passionate about helping people understand and articulate their inner strengths - so that they can own their superpowers in their professional and personal lives. Allyson is based in Wisconsin, but is also originally from New Jersey!
