  • We survey your ENTIRE organization (anonymously) to understand what the shared values, motivations, challenges, and concerns look like.

  • Following an analysis of our surveys, we interview your leadership team (department heads, administration, and elected officials) confidentially by phone or teleconference. We get an intimate understanding of how your organization functions day to day.

  • We develop a comprehensive SWOT analysis for your organization, helping you to identify the areas where you want to focus on growth and improvement.

  • We provide a score for your organizational health based on six key metrics of healthy workplaces and workplace cultures, as well as suggestions on how to improve your scores.

  • This is a short-term project, so we make recommendations, or ‘prescriptions’ on how to address challenges and improve your organizational health for the next 1-2 years.

*A note on Civic Health Check pricing: Our $2,500 flat rate package includes up to 20 one-on-one interviews with elected officials and department heads. If your organization is larger than this, please reach out to us directly so we can build you a custom Civic Health Check™ estimate tailored to the size of your organization.

Not into doing things over Zoom? We are also able to provide onsite facilitation to our clients, but this does mean that our pricing includes travel costs. We are based in Green Bay, Wisconsin and primarily serve Midwest clients for in-person facilitation. Reach out to us if you are interested in designing a custom package!
