From there we develop a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis and a health score with six critical culture metrics. Lastly, we deliver an action roadmap for the next 1-2 years - a short-term plan that is your “RX for success.”

*A note on Civic Health Check pricing: Our $3,500 flat rate package includes up to 20 one-on-one interviews with elected officials and department heads. If your organization is larger than this, please reach out to us directly so we can build you a custom Civic Health Check™ estimate tailored to the size of your organization.
Not into doing things over Zoom? We are also able to provide onsite facilitation to our clients, but this does mean that our pricing includes travel costs. We are based in Green Bay, Wisconsin and primarily serve Midwest clients for in-person facilitation. Reach out to us if you are interested in designing a custom package!
